Ordering, made clear.

A little advance notice

Book at least 2 calendar days ahead. Your preferred date is a request and does not guarantee availability.

Pickup

Masr El Gededa (Heliopolis), Cairo. A deposit or full payment is required.

Delivery

Within Cairo via Uber Courier. Full payment is required in advance. Fees and delivery details are agreed through Instagram DM.

Confirmation

Your order is confirmed only after payment has been received. Availability and final design must be confirmed through Instagram. This website does not collect payments or confirm orders.

How do I place an order?

Prepare a request in your cart, copy the details, open Instagram and paste them into a DM to @zuzustreatss. Send the message and agree the details with the brand.

Can I request a personal message?

Yes, prepare a message in the illustrative customizer. Sizes and decorations are subject to confirmation.

What about allergies or special requirements?

Ask about ingredients and suitability directly through Instagram before finalizing an order.

Is my preferred date guaranteed?

No. Please allow at least 2 days and confirm availability in DM.
